Expoquimia sponsors and hosts the 2nd Laboratory Sector Roundtable at its Fira de Barcelona venue. This meeting point, organised by the leading sector media outlet, Tècniques de Laboratori, brought together many of the industry’s top leaders. The event aimed to foster discussion on the economic, regulatory and technological challenges shaping this strategically important sector for multiple industries.
The session, moderated by Álex Vallejo, Magazine Manager at Tècniques de Laboratori, was structured in three segments:
- A review of past milestones and recent sector learnings.
- An analysis of the present: inflation, tariffs, the Plastics Law, and financing.
- A look ahead: emerging markets, sustainability, and global growth opportunities.
