Biography

My name is Javier Cortina, an aerospace engineer from UC3M. After completing my qualifying master’s degree, I decided to fully immerse myself in the field of data science and artificial intelligence. I worked at Banco Santander for a year and a half, and for the past 4 years I have been working at BASF Digital Solutions as an AI Engineer. My team is “Production AI & Advanced Data Analytics”, where we develop artificial intelligence solutions applied to chemical production, including PlantGPT.
