Biography
Inés Fernández Gil is an industrial engineer with more than 18 years of experience in sectors such as energy, glass manufacturing, and cosmetics. Educated at the Polytechnic University of Madrid and with an academic stay at the Technical University of Denmark, she has led major infrastructure projects and international teams. After working at SGD La Granja Vidriera and Verescence in France, she joined L’Oréal in Burgos, where she took on strategic responsibilities in projects, logistics, and production. Since 2022, Inés Fernández Gil has served as Head of Hair Products at L'Oréal in Burgos, leading a team of more than 600 people.Sessions
