The increasing regulatory requirements regarding emerging contaminants place analytical control at the centre of the debate. The session will analyze the challenges associated with their detection, quantification, and monitoring, as well as their implications in terms of regulatory compliance and process control. It will also address the need to develop new analytical methodologies capable of meeting the requirements of the new regulatory framework in the sectors involved.
