Biography
Neus Isidro has a background in polymer chemistry and experience in research, development, and innovation applied to advanced materials and encapsulation technologies. She has extensive experience in the design, synthesis, and characterization of polymers, combining scientific knowledge with a vision oriented toward industrial applications and new product development. She has been part of the Ecopol Tech team since 2019, where she has developed her professional career in various R&D areas and encapsulation technologies, actively participating in the company's growth and consolidation. She began her career working on projects focused on coatings, sealants, and aqueous polyurethane dispersions, contributing to the development of innovative products and the optimization of functional properties for industrial applications. Subsequently, she expanded her expertise into the field of nanomedicine, participating in the development of controlled drug delivery systems and projects focused on the encapsulation, stability, and efficiency of bioactive compounds. Throughout these years, she has participated in national and international multidisciplinary projects and has authored several scientific publications together with the Ecopol Tech team.Sessions
