Biography

As a Data Scientist at Iberchem, Carlos applies his background in Biochemistry and Bioinformatics to neuroscience-based fragrance research. His work focuses on transforming raw electroencephalographic (EEG) and physiological signals into structured, reliable, and interpretable data.


Currently, his work is focused on scaling neuroscience data processing —moving from small-scale manual workflows to large-scale automated pipelines— by integrating signal processing, quality control, feature extraction, and machine learning models.
