Biography
Manuel Palacín, PhD, is a technological entrepreneur specializing in knowledge transfer. He is currently the CEO of the TECNIO Association, where he leads the connection between research, business, and administration to drive innovation. He was part of the founding team of The Collider (MWCapital), promoting deep tech startups. A Telecommunications Engineer from the UPC with a PhD in ICT from the UPF, he has experience in entrepreneurship, open innovation, and technological projects.Sessions
