Biography
Cristina is a Chemical Engineer with a PhD in organic chemistry (IQS) and postdoc in the US. With 25+ years of global leadership experience, she has worked across Europe and America, including as Global SVP for Sustainability at Bayer and its first Human Rights Officer. She now leads the UNIJES Research Center for Environment and Ecology. A strong advocate of DEI, she was named Top100 Woman in German Business (2023) and enjoys sailing in the Mediterranean.Sessions
