CCUS: the importance of carbon capture in achieving our climate objectives

Carbon capture, utilisation and storage (CCUS) has become a key element in the fight against climate change. The process of capturing carbon dioxide emissions from industrial processes, preventing them from entering the atmosphere, is gaining particular importance. The captured carbon dioxide can be used for other purposes or safely stored.
